GreenBird’s platform, together with our Smart Pallet Truck Scale, is being used in two Environmental Protection Department projects to capture waste data from 24 public estates and 4 government offices across different districts of Hong Kong. Managed by the Business Environment Council (BEC), the programme aims to record the precise weight of each type of recyclables at every collection point, addressing the current situation where only store‑level aggregate figures are available and the data is not fully transparent.
